SmartMix allows you to mix your Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash through our reserve pools. When you make your deposit, we mix it with coins from other SmartMix users. The random mixing results in a 'broken' chain that ensures the coins you receive are not connected to the deposit you sent in. Our high volume of daily mixes guarantees your complete anonymity.
We keep our fee structure simple, transparent, and fair. Users pay a service fee of 0.5 % per mix plus 0.0001 BTC / 0.00005 BCH per payout address.
You can chose between fast and delayed payout. Fast payout will start after your deposit payment has 2 confirmations. After that your mixed coins will be transferred to your payout address(es). You can also choose a delay of 5 to 30 confirmations, or a random delay of up to 30 confirmations. These features increase the privacy of your mix, since it is even harder for a third party to trace the transaction if the payout is delayed.
We save the transaction details for seven days in order to make sure that we can give you good support in case you have questions. After seven days we completely delete all the details of the transactions from our servers.
Amounts smaller than the minimum deposit are considered donations.
If you haven't sent in your deposit yet, just create a new mix. If you already sent your deposit, don't worry! Your funds are being mixed. Restart your browser, go to our website and click 'Check your mix'. You can check the status of your mix by entering your mixing key.
